1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "365bd" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 365bd online betting and casino service accessible at https://365bd.io and all associated sub-pages.
• "You" / "the Player" / "the User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered by 365bd.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 365bd platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's 365bd Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a 365bd promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, slot machine, or fishing game offered through the 365bd platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action by a Player that violates the terms set out in Section 8 of this document.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all financial transactions on the 365bd platform are denominated.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone used by 365bd for all platform operations, scheduling, and support availability.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 365bd platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read this document in its entirety and unconditionally accept all terms contained herein. These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and 365bd.

Your continued use of the 365bd platform following any published update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version came into force.

If you access the 365bd platform on behalf of a third party or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. In any event, personal use accounts on 365bd must be held by natural individuals aged 21 or above — corporate or institutional accounts are not offered.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 365bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The 365bd platform does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment purposes — not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.
• You are not currently self-excluded from the 365bd platform or subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order relevant to online gambling.
• You possess full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into binding contracts and to conduct online gambling activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 365bd or any of its affiliated game providers.

365bd does not represent or warrant that use of its platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its operational territories. Players are solely responsible for verifying that their use of the 365bd platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the 365bd platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. 365bd reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where false or misleading information has been submitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. 365bd will never ask you to share your password with any 365bd staff member or third party. You must notify 365bd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your login information.

• Account names cannot be changed after registration without express written approval from the 365bd support team.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person.
• 365bd reserves the right to require additional identity documentation (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding platform-defined thresholds.
• Players must keep their registered contact details up to date. 365bd is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated information.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 365bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

365bd supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions must be carried out using a payment method registered in your own legal name. The use of payment accounts belonging to a third party — whether a friend, family member, or any other person — is strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are credited to your 365bd balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times are typically instant for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average for mobile banking methods during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• 365bd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, which are outside 365bd's control.
• Any deposit that cannot be matched to a valid payment method in your name may be reversed and returned to the originating account without prior notice.
• 365bd reserves the right to impose temporary holds on withdrawals while account verification or fraud investigations are ongoing.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 365bd platform — including sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino tables, slot games, and fishing games — are subject to the product-specific rules displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

365bd reserves the right to void any bet or wager — in whole or in part — in the following circumstances:

• Where a bet was placed on an event that has already concluded at the time of placement due to a system delay or data feed error.
• Where odds, lines, or game parameters were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, and the error is identified and corrected within a reasonable time.
• Where 365bd has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, score manipulation, or any other form of sports fraud.
• Where the bet violates any applicable game-specific rule, promotional restriction, or platform policy in force at the time of placement.

All game outcomes on the 365bd platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 365bd does not manipulate, alter, or influence game outcomes in any way.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

365bd may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and other incentives to eligible players at its sole discretion. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion details page.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games within the promotional validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• 365bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotional terms — including but not limited to bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, multi-accounting, or using third-party software to exploit offers — will have all bonus balances voided and their account flagged for review.
• Bonus funds credited as part of a promotion cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to create an account in order to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false identity information, including misrepresenting your age, name, location, or payment method ownership.
• Using the 365bd platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 365bd platform in an automated or non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the platform to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players during live casino games or poker-style games to gain a collective advantage.
• Placing bets on sporting events in which you, or any party known to you, have inside information or the ability to influence the outcome.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 365bd support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through the 365bd platform with your payment provider without first contacting 365bd support.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365bd platform — including but not limited to the 365bd name, logo, brand identity, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 365bd or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365bd platform for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from any 365bd content without express prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of 365bd intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

10 Privacy & Data

365bd collects and processes personal data from its users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the 365bd platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

365bd employs SSL encryption across all pages of the platform and applies industry-standard data security practices to protect player information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 365bd platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profit, even if 365bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

365bd does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or network disruptions may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 365bd will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Gambling involves financial risk. 365bd does not guarantee any outcome of any bet, wager, or game. All players participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for managing their gaming budgets. If you feel that gambling is causing you financial or personal distress, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your account dashboard or contact our support team.

12 Termination

365bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon account termination for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited where the termination arises directly from fraud, multi-accounting, money laundering, or other serious prohibited conduct. In all other cases, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following verification.

Voluntary account closures will be processed within two (2) business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 365bd platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms, or your use of the 365bd platform, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 365bd from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its users.

14 Amendments

365bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 365bd will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 365bd platform after any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team.
